Welcome to SDG of Sarasota! Join us as we gather to talk about art! Our club meetings include sharing, presentations, competitions, exchanges, learning, ...and making new friends!
SDG meetings are (usually) held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm, social time from 6pm. Newcomers are welcome at 2 meetings before required to join for $30/year.
The 2026 general meeting schedule is May 11, June 8, July 13, Aug.10, ...
We also hold monthly workshops to learn new techniques. These require pre-paid reservations, so attend a meeting to hear the latest details and sign up. Upcoming workshops will feature acrylic painting, mixed media, fused glass, etc. Join the fun as we learn and create together!

Fourteen Guild members participated in our Artist Trading Card exchange on Monday night. With the theme of flowers, we had such an interesting variety. These tiny treasures measure 3 1/2” x 2 1/2” and are a great way to collect art! Here are two to give you an idea of the talent in our group!
