It's a busy day for music at Church of the Redeemer! 11:30am, just one hour away, hear our intrepid organist Sam Nelson bring us the eternal music of Johann Sebastian Bach in the sanctuary with fractal video to match...

And at 7:30pm, also in the sanctuary, experience the sublime, fascinating, catchy and sometimes hilarious music of the French Baroque with a cast of acclaimed musicians from across the country. This video is a little preview!

It's all part of a collaboration with Key Chorale, our second annual Baroque Fest! Don't miss it!

Another proud choir director moment! We offered Liz Dilnot Johnson composer's First Evening Service last night. Probably the biggest challenge I've thrown at this dedicated group. But it was my birthday so that's how I got away with it. April evensong will seem like a breeze when we observe the 100th anniversary of Stanford's death.

The Great Music Series is back in June for four livestream-only recitals starting Thursday, 4 June. Our first concert features Anthony Limoncelli on trumpet and Ann Stephenson-Moe on organ.

The concert will be available here, on YouTube, and on the church FB page Church of the Redeemer an Episcopal Church in Sarasota.
