Nothing says patio season like an Aperol Spritz under the sun. ☀️🍊

This particular spritz is alcohol-free—mostly because it's currently balancing on Kiki's baby bump but the Aperol Spritzes we serve are made with real Aperol packed with ice and topped with lots of champagne. There may be no better place to enjoy one than on the Waterhole patio.

April 2026 marked 10 years of us (Eric & Kiki) owning and operating the Waterhole.
Over the past decade, we've slowly but surely put our mark on this place. We've painted the inside and outside, installed a new heating system, welcomed artists to create murals in the music hall, rebuilt the patio, expanded the stage, and tackled countless other projects along the way. Some were big transformations, others were small improvements that added up over time.

These before photos were originally taken for our liquor license application back in 2016. This winter, Kiki re-created those same shots, giving us the chance to look back and see just how far this place has come. Looking through these photos has been a reminder of the journey, the hard work, and the community that made it all possible.
