🏊‍♀️✨ Finley Aquatic Center Maintenance Highlights! ✨🏊‍♂️

Our team just wrapped up a major maintenance closedown, and the results are amazing! Here's what we accomplished:

💧 Drained & refilled over 100,000 gallons of fresh water in the Training Pool
🔥 Heated 350,000 gallons from 64° to 83°
❄️ Winterized the spray ground
🧽 Deep cleaned pool tiles, lane markers, slot drains & decks
💡 Reinstalled LED lighting & repaired equipment boxes
🧺 Refreshed picnic benches with Tiki oil
🌴 Trimmed 24 palm fronds & weeded the entire facility
🌿 Overseeded lawn areas for a lush look
🛁 Pressure-washed and scrubbed locker room showers and stone deck seating areas
🎨 Re-painted bathroom and locker room floors
🧼 Sanitized bathrooms and locker rooms
🔧 Installed a new counter in the women’s locker room

👏 Huge thanks to our incredible team for making Finley shine! We’re ready to welcome you back to a refreshed and sparkling facility!

🚨 Heads Up, Swimmers! 🚨

Finley Aquatic Center will be closed Oct. 12-16 for annual maintenance. This includes deep cleaning, draining and refilling pools, and essential facility repairs to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

💧 100,000 gallons will be drained from the Training Pool
➡️ All refilled with fresh water to ensure clean, balanced chemistry after a busy summer!

🏊‍♂️ Need a swim fix? Ridgway Swim Center will remain open and will offer the following:

Lap Swim
Mon-Fri, 6am-1pm

Water Fitness
Mon-Fri, 9-10am & 10-11am
Mon/Wed/Fri, 5-6pm
Tue/Thu, 7-8pm

We’re looking for delicious local eats to join us at the 51st Annual Handmade Holiday Crafts Fair, which is taking place on Saturday, Dec. 5, and Sunday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, at Finley Community Complex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your food business to the vibrant Santa Rosa community during one of our most beloved holiday events. 🎄✨
