“After decades of teaching, choreographing, directing award-winning performance companies, and dancing internationally in Europe and beyond, I’m so excited to return to the studio at Breakthrough Dance Studio. 🤍
My Exploratory Contemporary class is for dancers, movers, and anyone who simply wants to move—whether you danced for years, are finding your way back, or just want a welcoming space to explore.
We’ll use movement, music, improvisation, and sometimes reflection or journaling to explore how emotion can move through the body.
No pressure. No judgment. Just a space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the joy of moving.
