Need a few birthday, anniversary, sympathy or feel better cards in your stash? Please join me on November 21st at 1:00pm. I'll have everything from my creative lab brought in to Bad Ass Coffee in Santa Rosa so that you can grab any supplies you want, to make whatever projects you want or need. Don't know where to start? I'll be there to give you pointers or help you get started. Already started on a card or project and got stuck? Bring it in. Together we can get the creative juices flowing so you can finish your project and love what you've created.

I’m excited about this month’s challenge. This is one of the easiest fun fold cards there is. All you need to do, is to cut your card base at 6-1/4” x 5-1/2” then score it at the 2” mark. Cut your favorite pattern paper that has a design on both sides to 8”w x 5-1/4”H and score it in half at 4”. While folded in half, adhere the backside of the pattern paper to the inside right panel of the card base, so that the fold fits in the fold/crease of the card base, and is centered top and bottom. Fold the pattern paper closed, then adhere the front card base strip to the front of the pattern paper. Add a coordinating color cardstock strip that measures 1-3/4” x 5-1/4” to the front card base strip. Consider embossing the strip like pictured in the first photo below, or simply decorate it. Add a greeting to the front with dimensionals and maybe spots of bling. (If your inside pattern paper is too busy, add a piece of white cardstock to the inside that measures 3-3/4” x 5” Decorate your card as desired, then post it in the comments under this post by October 31st, or simply text or email a photo of it to me.
