Blues, slide guitar, swing dancing, and a legendary jam session! Monday Pro at The California 🎸

Veteran guitarist Johnny “V” Vernazza brings his signature bluesy slide sound to the stage for a special Pro Jam concert. Best known for his years with Elvin Bishop and the hit “Fooled Around and Fell in Love,” Johnny V has shared the stage with icons including Chuck Berry, Greg Allman, George Thorogood, and Charlie Daniels.

Hosted by Blues Defenders, the evening features live music, dancing, and an open Pro Jam to follow.

This laugh-out-loud musical follows Princeton, a recent college grad who moves into a shabby New York apartment on Avenue Q, where he quickly discovers an offbeat neighborhood full of unexpected characters, big questions, and even bigger feelings.

Together, Princeton and his new friends navigate jobs, relationships, and the search for purpose in a world that never quite comes with instructions.

There are so many great players right here in our local scene, and this night is all about letting their talent shine. Join our regular Monday Night hosts, The Blues Defenders, for an open, high-energy Pro Jam where local musicians take the stage and the music leads the way.

Come to play, come to dance, or just come to soak in a night of live local music and community energy with a full bar available throughout the evening.
