After a week filled with heartfelt messages, closing performances, and an outpouring of love from the community, we have taken our final bow. Your kind words, shared memories, and incredible stories showed us how much The REP meant to so many people. We thank you for your unwavering love and support.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for our final children’s theatre performance this past Wednesday. The audience was filled with former company members and longtime supporters making it a special ending filled with love and support. We’re especially grateful to Brandan Babineaux for generously volunteering his time to capture all the beautiful moments.

Words can hardly express our gratitude as we reflect on 25 incredible years. As we close our doors, we take comfort in knowing that the legacy of The REP will continue to live on in the hearts of those who have supported us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. It has been the honor of a lifetime. As always, thanks for loving The REP! ♥️

We have one final performance and it will be full of side-splitting fun! Join us tomorrow, August 8th at 10 am for our beloved Improv Hour at The Big Chill. Treat your kids (and yourselves!) to an improv adventure where every game is a new surprise, driven by your family’s imaginative ideas. We’ll take your suggestions and use them as fuel for a series of fast-paced and wildly entertaining improv games. The real excitement begins when you join the fun as we invite kids of all ages to participate in easy and engaging improv games right alongside our performers.

Tonight at 6:30pm at St. Augustine Green is our final children’s theatre performance as The REP Theatre. We would love to see each one of you for one final bow and give you a show you won’t forget. Thank you for 25 years of love and support. We are beyond grateful and would love to see you one last time.

Join Snow White on a thrilling adventure through the Deep, Dark, and Scary Forest as she runs away from the Evil Queen’s castle in an attempt to evade capture. Along the way, she befriends seven lovable strangers and discovers the true meaning of friendship and kindness. This story is full of funny and crazy characters, unexpected twists and turns, and is a delight for all ages!

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce The REP will be taking its final curtain call. After 25 wonderful years, we will be ceasing operations following our final summer performances in mid-August.

For a quarter of a century—an entire generation—our mission has been to create memories for you, our community. This theatre was more than a stage; it was a home we built together, filled with laughter, connection, and applause.

This difficult decision was made after facing a convergence of significant challenges. While our stage lights may be dimming, we are so proud of the legacy we have all created together.

We invite you to join us for our final performances to celebrate the stories we’ve told and the memories we’ve shared. Let’s make this final run a testament to the spirit and artistry that has defined The REP.

Thank you to every audience member, artist, volunteer, donor, and sponsor—as well as our dedicated Board and visionary founders—who made our work possible. You were the lifeblood of this organization.
