Meet Miss Kelli! 🤍

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas, Miss Kelli moved to 30A in 2022 and has been part of Paradise City Dance & Wellness since the studio opened.

Miss Kelli danced competitively for 14 years, earning multiple national titles as a contemporary soloist and being named National Miss High Kick in 2014. Her dance background also includes training with leading names in the industry, serving as a Dance Team Captain, and becoming a DCC finalist in 2021. She is also a youth ministry leader and co-founder of PCDW’s CORE program.

Outside of the studio, Miss Kelli works full-time as a Charge Nurse at a Level II Trauma Center. She loves traveling, reading, movies, hiking, surfing, spending time outdoors, and her two golden retrievers, Leo and Samson.

For Miss Kelli, dance is deeply connected to her faith. She feels closest to the Holy Spirit through choreography and sees dance as one of the purest forms of worship. She loves sharing that passion with her students and encouraging them to use the gifts God has given them to worship Him.

You’ll find Miss Kelli teaching CORE, Contemporary, and Lyrical 2 at Paradise City this season!

As August comes to an end, we’re reflecting on this month’s theme, Called & Chosen.

Throughout the month, we’ve reminded our students that God has chosen them, created them with purpose, and blessed each of them with unique gifts and strengths.

As part of our Called & Chosen wall, students were invited to recognize one of those gifts for themselves. We pray they continue to recognize what God has placed within them and use it to glorify Him.

“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last...” -John‬ ‭15‬:‭16‬

From the open sky to the waves along the shore, every detail reflects His goodness. May we never become too busy to pause, look around, and praise Him for the beauty He has placed before us.

Meet Mrs. Maggie!

She has lived on the Emerald Coast for most of her life. She studied abroad in Australia during college and later lived in California before returning to the Emerald Coast with her husband, Mark. They have been married for almost 21 years and have three children: Evie, Sam, and Indiana, or Indy.

For much of her adult life, she has been a stay-at-home homeschooling mom. She loves worshiping Jesus, reading, listening to music, running, cooking, sewing, volunteering at a rehabilitation center, and spending time outdoors.

She has a heart for helping people of all ages recognize their value as image-bearers of God. We are so grateful for the kindness and care she brings to Paradise City Dance & Wellness!

Friday night plans are covered! Children can enjoy pizza, crafts, and a movie at Paradise City Dance & Wellness while parents have a little time to themselves.

Parent’s Night Out is offered Fridays from 5:30–8:30 PM for ages 3–12. Children must be potty trained, and you do not have to be enrolled at Paradise City to attend.

Taking time to slow down and turn our attention to Him reminds us why we dance and Who gave us these gifts. May every class this season be shaped by gratitude and centered on Jesus.
