It was so hard for me to find a beauty clinic I could truly trust, but I think I finally found it.
Dr. Nathanel Jourabchi and his team made me feel safe enough to try laser treatment on my scalp and eyelids for the very first time.
From the moment I walked in, Dr. Jourabchi patiently listened to all of my concerns, reviewed my medical history and bloodwork, gave me thoughtful recommendations, answered what felt like 500 questions, carefully explained the risks, and prescribed a treatment plan.
When he found out that one of the prescribed creams wasn’t covered by my insurance, he personally called the pharmacy to make sure I received the biggest discount possible. He also recommended a healing cream that his clinic carries—and sold it to me for less than I could even find it online.
Who does that?

I left feeling heard, respected, valued, and genuinely cared for. It honestly reminded me of the level of medical care I’m used to receiving back home in Kazakhstan—and that’s one of the highest compliments I can give.
