There are thirty Experimental Quesadilla Lab kits 🧀⚡️🧪 in Santa Monica kitchens this week, out into the world to experiment with food and art materials locally-sourced from the Virginia Avenue Park - City of Santa Monica area.
Thank you to all who joined our first of three EQL workshops on Saturday 🙌🏽🥳 and learned about the goodies pictured here, talked about food accessibility and community adaptability, sampled cheese and tortillas, then experimented and took home EQL kits to experiment in their kitchens 👩🏼🔬🧑🏻🔬👨🏽🔬.
