Two full days left of my “staytreat “ - stay home artist retreat 😘😘 love how it ends in the word “treat” because it truly is a treat to immerse myself in my tiny little studio and just be in the practice ♥️♥️♥️hope to have more completed works but I’ve learned a lot about where I want to go and what the obstacles are … biggest one … is not meditating before I work. I know this and yet I let my impatience and childishness let me skip it … like kids with homework and men with leg day at the gym 🤣🤣😅😅Happy Summer everyone ♥️♥️♥️.

Everyone asks what special plans I have for when our daughter is away for 2 weeks at camp. My answer is Paint paint paint . It’s doing nothing and everything at the same time 🥰🥰🥰 such a luxury to flow slowly in and out of the studio all day 🥳🥳🥳 But I miss her and worry about her like crazy and I know those emotions will show up on the canvas and mark this moment in time in our lives 🥰♥️🥰 Happy Summer everyone ♥️♥️♥️
