O'Briens Pub Quiz O'Brien's is the longest-running pub quiz in the Los Angeles area, active since 1998. While a number of regulars have been Jeopardy!

O’Briens Pub Quiz is an independent effort with the regular players rotating as the host. Unlike many other trivia nights, the person reading the questions actually wrote them. Each week you get a different flavor of quiz as each quizmaster or quizmistress infuses it with their own personality. O’Briens has developed a unique reputation for its weekly mix of fun and challenge. And its annual Oscar

Quiz draws a full house of movie fans from across the city. O’Briens Pub Quiz has been featured in Los Angeles magazine, Los Angeles Weekly, the Wall Street Journal, NPR, KPCC, the Toronto Globe and Mail, and the Los Angeles Times. contestants, most of the players each week have not been on the show. All are welcome to enjoy the fun and challenge and the hospitality, food, and drink offered by the O’Briens staff.
