Jumping for joy celebrating summer stories and Father's Day love! ☀️❤️📚

A huge and happy story time at Ivy Station sharing summertime books featuring supportive and loving fathers in honor of Father's Day!

We sang songs while shaking egg shakers and jamming on instruments, moved our bodies with scarves and finished off by jumping on the parachute and coloring Father's Day cards.

This Saturday, from 10 AM to 1 PM is LAist's Super-Fun Saturday, a day of multilingual readings, performances to get everyone moving, and lots of kid fun at the Autry Museum of the American West! Books And Cookies Story Time will kickoff the event at 10:10 AM! Tickets are available at LAist.com/Events

And The Westwood Village is this Sunday at 11 AM! Join us!

Hello sunshine! ☀️

Despite the clouds, we had a sunshiny summer morning back at Ivy Station sharing books about sunshine and summer fun! We sang songs songs while shaking egg, shakers and jamming on instruments, moved our bodies and danced with scarves! Of course, we finished off by playing on the parachute and making our own suns with construction paper, glue and markers!

Where in the world was Chudney? 🇯🇵

It was an amazing trip to Japan, but excited to be back!

This week, we are at Ivy Station Tuesday at 10 AM for Story Time and kids crafts and Saturday at 10:30 AM for Musical Story Time at Children's Book World! Children’s Book World is a fantastic bookshop at 10580 1/2 W. Pico Blvd. in West LA! These events are free!
