Calling all college students! We need the BEST college comedians from across the country for Bergamot Comedy Fest’s Best College Comic showcase. Will it be Harvard, NYU, or Modesto Junior College? We won’t know until you submit!
All currently enrolled college students are encouraged to submit a video of their best 5 minute set. Finalists will be selected to compete for the winning slot in front of top industry executives, agents, managers, and bookers.
The winner of Best College Comic will get some life-changing opportunities. Past industry partners have included: Comedy Central, HBO, NBCUniversal, TBS, Fox-Disney, ABC-Disney, Amazon, Funny or Die, Red Hour, comedy agents, managers, and literary agents (from CAA, WME, UTA, IAG, Brillstein, Paradigm, LINK, 3 Arts, Mosaic, Artists First, Gersh, Innovative Artists, RBEL, Range Media), JFL bookers, late night television bookers (from Fallon, Kimmel, and Colbert), America’s Got Talent, bookers from SF Sketchfest, Big Sky Comedy Festival, Laugh After Dark, & New York Comedy Festival, TV show producers, club bookers (Comedy and Magic Club, Dynasty Typewriter, The Comedy Store, NY Comedy Club), Seed & Spark, LA Weekly, Buzzfeed, Vulture, Santa Monica Daily Press, The Argonaut, and The Los Angeles Times.
