🌟Jonah Mendelsohn as Rosencrantz

Theseus/Oberon in Midsummer Night’s Dream with ISC, Legionnaire in What the Constitution Means to Me; Jules in Sunday in the Park with George with Santa Fe Playhouse; Richard in Grace: Stories by Scott Harrison (Ironweed Productions); Master Ford in Merry Wives of Windsor with ISC Bar(d); Paul in Love Alone: Elegies for Rog, a solo play for World AIDS Day. Jonah sings with the Santa Fe Symphony Chorus Chamber Choir and the Christian Science Church of Santa Fe, and teaches the Feldenkrais Method® of movement education.

🌟Jeff Dolecek as Guildenstern
Originally from Chicagoland and degreed in theater from Valparaiso University, Jeff relocated to New Mexico in 2016. He has since been on stages in El Paso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. Some roles include: William Shagspeare in Equivocation with American Southwest Theater Company, Don Adriano de Armado in Love’s Labour’s Lost and Touchstone in As You Like It with the New Mexico Shakespeare Festival. Most recently, he was in Metamorphoses with The Vortex Theater and Bike America at NM Actor’s Lab.

Meet the cast of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead!

GARRICK SIGL as The Player
Garrick Sigl is a Santa Fe–based actor, director, and educator. He currently teaches theatre and film acting at the New Mexico School for the Arts (Go Krakens!). Recent performance credits include Lopakhin in the Santa Fe Classic Theatres reading of The Cherry Orchard, Robin in Santa Fe Playhouse’s Something Rotten!, and Professor Bhaer in Tri-M Productions’ Little Women.

ALEJANDRO AMUNDAH as Hamlet
Alejandro Amundah is the Associate Director of the Upstart Crows of Santa Fe, Creative Consultant for the Institute of Ecotechnics, and personal assistant to John Polk Allen, inventor of Biosphere 2.
Alejandro has a BFA from the University of Utah Actor Training Program and an MA in Screenwriting from the London Film School. A an actor he has performed with Wooden O Shakespeare Company, Pioneer Theatre Company, Incite Shakespeare Company, and the Shakespeare Gym, playing roles such as Edmund (King Lear), Derby (Richard III), Porter (Macbeth), and Mercutio (Romeo & Juliet); as a director or co-director his credits include La Vida es Sueño, Twelfth Night, The Winter's Tale, and Brecht's Galileo and is also a writer for both film and theater.

Meet the Tragedians of our upcoming reading of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead! 🎭

MILES BLITCH as Tragedian/Alfred/Horatio
Miles has been a regular fixture in Santa Fe community theatre since the
ISC’s 2018 production of King Lear, where he played the Duke of Burgundy. This marks his sixth collaboration with Santa Fe Classic Theater, following Romeo & Juliet (Prince), As You Like It (Oliver), The Comedy of Errors (Pinch/Second Merchant), Much Ado About Nothing (Dogberry) and Twelfth Night (Fabian). Some of his other recent roles include Count Carl-Magnus in A Little Night Music (Tri-M Productions) and Linus in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Family Theatre of SantaFe).

HANNAH MACHADO PARKER as Tragedian/Ophelia
You may recognize Hannah her from various past productions around town, including Tri-M's "A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum" and Kinky Boots." This will be Hannah's fifth year time callaborating with SFCT, previously playing Audrey in As You Like It (2021), Reveler in Comedy of Errors (2022), Conrade in Much Ado About Nothing (2023), and Sebastian in Twelfth Night (2024).

GREG PIEROT as Tragedian/Claudius
Greg has performed a variety of roles both on stage and off. He worked at different theme parks as an interactive character (Cedar Point, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Universal Studios Hollywood). Greg’s on stage roles include Riff Raff (Rocky Horror Picture Show), Wadsworth the Butler (Clue), Lodovico (Othello) for the ISC and Mark (Unhappy Planet) Santa Fe Theatre Walk. This is his first appearance with the Santa Fe Classic Theatre where he will be playing a Tragedian as well as Claudius the King.

KAREN GRUBER RYAN as Tragedian/Gertrude/Ambassador
Local credits: New Mexico Actors Lab -- Eden Prairie, The Niceties; SF Playhouse -- A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder, Sweat, A Year with Frog and Toad, Fun Home, Marjorie Prime, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, and Cabaret; Oasis Theater -- The Water Engine.

BEAR SCHACHT as Tragedian/Polonius/Fortinbras
Bear Schacht is a singer and performer in Santa Fe. He works as much as he has to, but can quite often be found singing with various barbershop quartets, and is an active member of the Duke City Sound chorus in Albuquerque. He is an avid reader and knows at least six words, possibly more.
