MOVE Dance Conditioning Plus Dance Conditioning Plus! ™ is fiercely fun fitness! In addition to her extensive dance background, she holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Dance Conditioning Plus!™ (DCP!™): An hour of joy combining the delight of dance with the fundamentals of fitness.This richly choreographed workout is designed to help you improve coordination while discovering greater body and core awareness. Dance Conditioning Plus!™/technique: This slightly slower but more challenging hour offers an opportunity to take your movement quality to the next level by

encouraging you to deepen your understanding/execution of each step, each arm movement and each transition between the steps. Dance Conditioning Plus!™/tutorial: This hour is designed to help both beginner and current students catch up on the newer steps and become more confident with the existing ones. Dance Conditioning Plus!™/+fit: (currently NOT offered) In this hour, the + stands for increased strength training, coordination exercises, stamina-building cardio and play along with dance, of course! We've added weights, balls, hula hoops and more to take your full body experience to the next level.

KATE Malone (owner/creator) has danced professionally in Chicago, NYC and NM. Elements of grace, strength and discipline combine to create Kate's innovative and diverse Dance Conditioning Plus!™ classes. JENNIFER Stennis (DCP!™ instructor/sub) believes strongly in the importance of both teaching and dance. She is the mother twins. Kate and Dance Conditioning Plus!™ helped her recover from pregnancy and discover the joy of owning and inhabiting her body.

Friday, March 6th ✶POP UP✶ DCP!™/intentional fitness class!!

DCP!™/intentional fitness ✶Wednesdays: 12-1pm✶ focuses on conscious movements designed to deepen overall strength, balance, tone and core awareness through a varied series of slow, 'intentional' and purposeful actions. Dumbbells, balls, bands, chairs and sticks (as well as the occasional hula hoop!) will be used to help accomplish simple, easy to duplicate exercises that can easily be done at home!

$18 per class: cash/check only

✶AND • • • I’m pleased to announce that the DCP!™/intentional fitness class on Wednesdays: 12-1pm is officially a GO!

DCP!™/intentional fitness is designed to compliment and add to your DCP!™ dance experience (in addition to myriad other physical activities) as it brings awareness and focus to performing movement in a more conscious, integrated and deliberate manner. This class focuses on deepening overall strength, balance, tone, and core awareness through a series of slow, intentional and purposeful actions. Dumbbells, balls, bands, chairs (and the occasional hula hoop!) will be used to accomplish challenging, though easy to follow exercises that can also be done at home.
**Please plan to arrive at least 5 min ahead of class time as mats, weights and additional props require time to collect and set up!** $18 per class (cash/check)
