Swimming pools and hot tub to be closed at FEC for maintenance from Monday, July 27 through Saturday, Aug. 8
SFCC announces that the swimming pools and hot tub at the William C. Witter Fitness Education Center (FEC) will be closed for scheduled maintenance from Monday, July 27 through Saturday, Aug. 8. The aquatic facilities will reopen and resume regular operations on Monday, Aug. 10.
The temporary closure will allow SFCC to perform important maintenance work to help ensure the safety, quality and ongoing enjoyment of the facility for students and community members.
The FEC features an eight-lane lap pool, a four-lane warm-water pool and an eight-person whirlpool (hot tub), serving a wide range of fitness, recreation and wellness needs.
Community members are encouraged to visit https://fitness.sfcc.edu/ for the latest pool schedules, facility information, and day-pass options. The site serves as the Fitness Education Center’s central hub for schedules and visitor information.
