TYPICAL COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE IN OUR 2016 SEASON…

I am excited to luxuriate in all the wonderful productions. This is the best new thing to hit our beloved Santa Fe in years and years. Continued success. Thanks for the three shows this summer. We don’t usually take in that much theater but enjoyed them all. It’ll be a tough series to top. PROOF BY David Auburn

Extraordinary work. Not only the best single piece of theatre I've seen in Santa Fe, but also one that could stand favorable comparison to the best shows I reviewed in LA during my stint as a critic for the Times. You honored Auburn's text beautifully with a simple, honest production that gets to the heart of things without a lot of manipulation. Naturalistic and compelling from start to finish, with terrific work by the full ensemble. I'm so glad I made the time to attend. Three of us went to the play excited for a good night of theatre. I went with high expectations. Blown away! All three of us were. So was the audience composed of many people we all know. Finally, quality theatre is alive and well in Santa Fe!!!! WOW -- we saw the play last night -- the second time for my husband - and loved it. I was so impressed with the skill of all the actors and it was fun to see that the space is so small they were in the lobby available right afterwards for our glowing praise. DRIVING MISS DAISY by Alfred Uhry
Simply and absolutely brilliant...thank you, the best drama I have seen in a very long time. Tears at end.

[We] were transported today by Driving Miss Daisy. Tears were streaming down my face at the end. I’m still glowing. What a knock-out production of a sublime play. I’ll never forget today’s show. I really doubt I’ll ever see another live performance that moves me as deeply. Such a wonderful cast and a perfect production! I thought the performance tonight was brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was concerned that it would seem old and familiar, but not at all. It was fresh and lively, and the three actors were memorable. Thanks! ART by Yasmina Reza

"Art" came across to all of us as splendidly artful. The production was brilliantly directed and superbly acted throughout. Such a terrific show. Congratulations on a wonderful first season. A MARVELOUS show. We thoroughly enjoyed ART!
