First Friday is coming up! We're experiencing a beautiful Fall season and what a better time to grab your favorite warm drink and engage with all of our wonderful local artist's works. Come swing by our space and see what we're up to! Currently, we have David Oliveira, a native Santa Cruz resident who is passionate about the creative process-- a figurative oil painter who loves to play in various mediums. It's just around the corner, seating is limited and there's still time left to register for
Phil Yeh's, "Creative Process, Graphic Novel Process!"

Phil is a local alumni grad of UCSC, a pioneer of children's graphic novels, has made an international footprint, a "Children's Choice Award Winner", and much more...

He will be bestowing us with his presence and downloading all his years of accumulated knowledge and experience on how to help people of all ages in the creative process of: How to create their own characters, make their own graphic novels, how to illustrate books, and how to write good stories.

It'll be held on:

We are a member based metal arts studio. The studio is well equipped with solders stations, benches, rolling mill, kiln for glass beads and PMC (precious metal clay). Monthly dues are $125.00/month or 220.00 for 2 months. Access is 24/7. From September 11th - November 20, we will holding potluck demos from 6-9. Join us, share your latest work.

First Friday with Pat Evans
This September's FF, the studio had good turnout. Pat Evans of Creator Haven a demonstrated a PMC(precious metal clay) filigree technique based on paper quilling. She also brought other examples of her incorporated enameling with the metal clay.
