Meet the staff of Cry-Baby!

Nanni says “I’m thrilled to music direct Cry-Baby with Renegade Theater Company! As a local director and performer, I’m passionate about helping young artists build confidence, find their voice, and bring energy to the stage. With experience across many areas of theater, I love collaborative, creative environments. You can also catch me performing in Jagged Little Pill with Paper Wing Theatre Company this summer. This production has been such a rewarding experience, and I’m incredibly proud of the dedication and talent this cast brings. I hope you enjoy the show!”

Meet the staff of CRY-BABY!

Isabella is thrilled to serve as co-music director and conductor for this production, boldly proving that theater kids should never be left unsupervised with a baton. An opera singer and local voice teacher, she has performed in dozens of roles, including Morticia Addams in The Addams Family and Marie, the Fairy Godmother, in Cinderella. When not overusing jazz hands or correcting harmonies no one asked about, she is pursuing a degree in Business and HR to financially support her aggressively expensive theater habit. She is beyond excited to work with this talented cast and Co-Direct alongside her best friend and fellow chaos gremlin, Nanni.

Meet the Staff of CRY-BABY!

Kyle is Renegade’s Artistic Director and is excited to be collaborating with some of her favorite local creatives on the staff for Cry-Baby. As a longtime Jon Waters fan, Kyle can’t wait to play with the campy humor and wild characters that Cry-Baby brings to the stage. Kyle has directed more than 20 shows in the last 6 years, as well as having a long history of costuming & stage makeup. Some of her favorite directing credits here at Renegade include The Crucible, Heathers, Cabaret, Hadestown: Teen Edition & She Kills Monsters.

Alright all you party people and Transylvanians! As you start getting excited for Rocky Horror, here’s some info to factor into your planning: We will be doing themes each weekend with prizes for the best costumes!

We all know that half the fun in seeing Rocky Horror is dressing up, so make sure you plan accordingly with the themes when you get your tickets! Or better yet, come every weekend and participate in every theme!

That’s a wrap on Street Theater! Thank you to everyone who was part of making this year’s Pride Benefit the best one yet! This incredible cast really make it a truly spectacular show, and we had absolutely fantastic audiences at both shows.

So far, this benefit has raised $3800! The show may be over, but the fundraiser will stay open until the end of the month. Let’s see if we can double last year’s benefit and get $4800 or more! Whether you were at the show or not, you can donate through the end of June at the link below.
