How To Wash Your Cutting Board:

1. Wash all sides with warm, soapy water using a sponge or rag. DO NOT SUBMERGE BOARD IN WATER. (Make sure to wet all sides to prevent warping.)2. Rinse all sides with a clean, wet, non-soapy rag or sponge. 3. Dry thoroughly with a towel.4. Place cutting board on an elevated surface to allow both sides of the board to breathe and fully dry for about an hour.

How To Oil Your Cutting Board:

1. Use a chef grade mineral oil or butcher block oil. AVOID FRUIT/VEGETABLE OILS.2. Spread oil on the board using your hand and let sit for at least 30 minutes.3. Wipe off remaining oil with a rag or paper towel and repeat the process on the back of the board.
