Today marks 1 year of officially being married 🤍 One year ago, we made it official and started this chapter together.

As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary today, we’re also looking forward to June 25 — the anniversary of our Hawaii ceremony where we celebrated our love in such a beautiful and unforgettable way 🌺✨

Grateful for the memories we’ve made this year and excited for all that’s ahead. Cheers to year one 🥂💍

Behind every vision is consistency, late nights, planning, learning, and showing up even when nobody sees it. Building something meaningful takes dedication — but remembering to celebrate the small wins along the way matters just as much.

Dance has always been more than just movement for me… it’s my outlet.

When life feels overwhelming or my mind is racing, I dance. It helps me release stress, clear my head, and come back to myself. It’s where I let go, reset, and just be.

Dance keeps me grounded, lifts my spirit, and reminds me of my strength — even on the hard days.

It’s not just good for the body, it’s powerful for the mind too. 💛

For a long time, I felt like I had to be everything for everyone — show up a certain way, meet expectations, and carry it all without missing a beat. Fast forward - now in my 40’s…

But I’ve learned something along the way…
The most freeing thing I can do for my mental health is just be myself.

Not the perfect version.
Not the “strong one” all the time.
Just me — still growing, still learning, still healing.

And the truth is, when I show up as my authentic self, I feel more grounded, more aligned, and more at peace.

If you’re on that journey too, this is your reminder:

You don’t have to change who you are to be accepted.
