Extreme Motion Dance Studio Recreational and Competitive Dance Studio Extreme Motion Dance Studio was founded in 2003 offering dance and karate instruction for all age groups.

Classes include ballet, lryical, modern, hip hop, tap, jazz, mommy & me, technique, competition, cheer and karate instruction. EMDS is open Monday thru Thursday from 4 pm - 10 pm.

Attention City of Sanger our 2nd annual Sanger Extreme Pom Team tryouts start on May 4th. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on May 4th as well.
