There hasn't been a situation that we have all been in, that in retrospect, we didn't appreciate. We always look back and express gratitude for those moments because of what we learned.

Well if we know that in retrospect we will be grateful for the situation we are currently in, why not take a few steps back and find what we can be grateful for in the present moment? Whenever we can shift how we look at a situation, we can shift how we experience and feel it.

If we can shift how we feel about any situation, especially if we know we will be appreciating it later, then what can shake us?

In this we will eventually realize that life is happening "for" us and not to or against us. This is the magic of gratitude.

What's amazing is if we took some time to understand what gratitude is, we would realize that the creative energy of gratitude is the essence of our being. Gratitude is our natural state of being. We have not normalized it but if we desire to feel our greatest in every moment of life, it seems it would make sense for us to "Be Grateful". Gratitude is our magic.

To "be" aware. Awareness is a state of being. A state of being is creative energy vibrating at a certain frequency. Our natural state of being is awareness. Once we are aware of ourselves as the creative energy of Love, we will become aware of our thoughts words and deeds that are not aligned with our new found truth. In these moments are where significant change will take place and a newly recreated being will emerge. Be Aware.
