Dancer's Workshop Dancer's Workshop has been teaching young, talented dancers in Sanford, NC since 1978. We have been in business for over 40 years!

We strive to provide experienced excellence in dance education, therefore producing many successful dancers over the years. This includes many regional and national title holders, dance team members at various colleges such as East Carolina, UNC Charlotte, UNC, State, Elon, and Duke, Students who obtained dance degrees from East Carolina, Elon, Oklahoma City University, Meredith, and NC School of

the Arts. We have also had students become Rockettes, top 6 on "So You Think You Can Dance", performances on "Glee", "House" and various Award Shows, as well as one of the newest shows "The X Factor". Cruise Ships, shows in Las Vegas, and Touring Shows such as "A Chorus Line" are also a few more success stories our girls have been a part of. Our teachers are certified to teach through Dance Masters of America in the genres of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Acrobatics. We also offer Hip Hop, Pre-School & Elementary Combo Classes, Boys Only Classes, Lyrical/Contemporary, Pointe, and we also offer Private Lessons for Pageant Choreography for Solo Dances, or just to catch up on technique. Parents, ready for a date night out? We’ve got you covered! Drop the kids off at Dancers Workshop on Saturday, June 27, from 5:00–9:00 PM for an evening packed with fun. They’ll enjoy an hour of TikTok hip-hop dancing, pizza, popcorn, and a movie while you enjoy a night to yourselves. Open to the public for ages 8 and up, and it’s just $35 per child with an additional $10 sibling discount. A fun night for the kids and a relaxing night for you! 💜🩷🎬🍕🕺🏻

As dancers, we often focus on what we haven’t mastered yet and forget to celebrate how far we’ve come. Take a moment to recognize your growth this year every class, correction, performance and challenge has helped shape you.
As we head into summer classes give yourself grace. Growth takes time and your worth isn’t defined by any one skill. Be proud of your progress trust your journey and keep dancing with confidence. The best is still ahead of you.

So beyond proud of all of our students who stepped outside the studio and performed in the play “The Fiddler On The Roof” at Temple last night! Such a great performance their hard work, dedication, and confidence continue to inspire us and we couldn’t be happier to see them shine!
