Wonder how many Flock cameras I pass on my bike ride? well find out how to find that out, and so much more on the next interview with a real Deflock Hacktivist "Mason" is one of the people feeding info to Deflock... one of his hacktivist partners even created a WAZE like app that will help you AVOID areas with Flock cameras!

No international commercial airport in the United States has ever been named after a woman. Dolly Parton is set to become the first.

The US has major airports named for presidents, senators, a boxer, a jazz trumpeter and an actor. The women of aviation received smaller honors: Amelia Earhart, the most famous pilot in American history, got a small airport in her Kansas hometown and a baggage area at Boston Logan.

The closest anyone came: Little Rock has been Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport since 2012, but that one is named for a couple, not a single woman. Austin named a terminal for congresswoman Barbara Jordan. A terminal, a baggage area, a couple of small airfields. Never the airport itself, for a woman alone.

Nearly a century of commercial aviation, and the door never opened. Now Tennessee's Governor and Nashville International Airport have announced their intent to name BNA in her honor, with the proposal going before the airport authority's board on September 17.

Dolly's team told the Governor they are touched by the idea and open to continuing the conversation.

Happy birthday, legend.

Happy birthday, legend.

Happy 55th birthday, Lars Frederiksen! The Rancid guitarist and vocalist was born on August 30, 1971, in Campbell, California. He joined the band in 1993, following the release of the EP 'Radio Radio Radio'. From that moment on, Frederiksen established himself as one of the group's main songwriters, sharing vocal duties with Armstrong and contributing street punk and Oi! influences to the band's sound.

Alongside his work with Rancid, Frederiksen has developed an extensive career as a record producer and leader of side projects. In the production field, he was responsible for Dropkick Murphys' first two studio albums, 'Do or Die' (1998) and 'The Gang's All Here' (1999), in addition to producing material for bands on the scene such as Agnostic Front, The Business, Anti-Heros, and Swingin' Utters. In 2000, he formed Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards, with whom he released two albums on Hellcat Records, co-written with Tim Armstrong. Later, in 2010, he founded The Old Firm Casuals, a trio playing traditional Oi! and hardcore, with whom he has maintained an active schedule of releases and live performances. Prior to his rise to prominence in the San Francisco Bay Area scene, his musical background included playing in the local band Slip and a brief stint as guitarist for the British band UK Subs during a 1991 US tour.

A couple years ago I got to take some cool footage of the Brightside Music Festival at the Central Florida Fair. Here's a picture of John Feldman of Goldfinger . Security was a little peeved he jumped (they were afraid of his safety from the looks of it). but it was great and I got a great video of it. I'm gonna see if I can resurface some of that footage. big thanks to Tara for the opportunity!

The first time I EVER fired up a microphone was in the Hallowed studios of Real Radio 104.1 in the year of our lord, 2004.

I'm currently working on a set to be played on Real Radio for one of my favorite hosts in the business, Angel from What The Hell Is Angel Listening to, to promote my new Thursday night Open Format night at Whiskey Tavern !

I Can't wait for 9/10/26. I have so much great music to bring to the coolest new punk rock bar.
