Salt Lake Art Show BEST OF SHOW!! Once you've been through the show, don't forget to VOTE!! One vote per category of the fair. Winner of each segment will receive a one-of-a-kind award and $1500 credit to a 2027 Peaks Art Fair event. The Grand Prize winner will receive an additional $1000 credit and a full page ad in magazine.

These incredible awards were designed and fabricated by Utah sculptor Byron Ramos () who has his work on display along the Sculpture Walk. Everything about these awards was meticulously planned as an ode to and a celebration of the state of Utah. From the state stone, Honeycomb Calcite, cut in profile of some of the mountains surrounding Salt Lake City, to the found metals representing how the foundries and mining built the modern communities of UT. The branded wood ties back to the Gauchos who brought cowboy culture into the valley and reflect the many languages echoed around the campfire, some with ties to the land and others from far away lands.

A huge thank you to Byron for bringing these beauties to life. We look forward to distributing the awards to our Best of Show this Sunday at 3pm onsite at the Salt Lake Art Show at the main stage.

Voting starts at opening tonight!

Welcome Seth Fairweather to the Salt Lake Art Show!

✨Opening night VIP Preview TOMORROW, Thursday May 14 from 6-10pm!✨

Seth was debating veterinary medicine or neurosurgery as life directions, and then took a glass-blowing class to fill an art requirement. While living in New Orleans in January of 2001, Seth fell in love with glass.

Since then, Seth lived and worked around the country in any capacity possible that would allow him to follow his dream, his passion, and that would give him more access and understanding of this powerful material.

Seth currently lives in the East Valley of the Phoenix metroplex with his family. He continues to work with glass, and is slowly building a herd of Chiweenies to protect the homestead.

Welcoming Maison Parrett () to the Salt Lake Art Show!

Christian Parrett's () work explores the space between motion and stillness, between chaos and grace.

It is the moment before revelation, the silence between thundering hooves and their echo.

Each frame captures a fleeting whisper of something infinite and serves as a reminder that light does not exist without shadow, and beauty is born in their dance.

Welcoming Scott Mortensen to the Salt Lake Art Show Sculpture Walk!

Based in Riverton, Utah, Scott has been sculpting in bronze professionally for 3 years, drawing inspiration from his deep passion for the outdoors and wildlife. Working first in clay and wax, he uses the traditional lost-wax process to bring each piece to life. Sculpting relaxes and grounds him, allowing him to connect with the natural world that inspires his work. Through his art, Scott hopes to spark that same sense of wonder and appreciation in others, inviting them to see wildlife and nature with renewed respect and inspiration.

TWO DAYS to go!! Don't forget to check out the schedule at saltlakeartshow.com/schedule to pre-register for Talks and Kids Workshops!
