Why do we love cocktail hour on the terrace? Because sometimes a change of scenery is exactly what an event needs. 🤍

It gives your guests a chance to step outside, grab a drink, and enjoy a different part of the venue while giving your vendor team a little flexibility inside if they need it. And there’s plenty of room to get creative out here too! Add lounge seating, a cigar bar, live music, or another fun element and turn cocktail hour into its own guest experience before everyone heads back inside for the reception.

A wedding day timeline can make such a difference in how the whole day actually feels. 🤍

For a 6 PM ceremony, we love a slower morning, plenty of breathing room for getting ready, and enough time built in for photos before guests arrive so you’re not rushing from one thing to the next.

There’s no one perfect wedding timeline, but giving yourself a little extra space between the big moments usually means more time to actually enjoy them. Save this if you’re planning a wedding and trying to figure out what your day could look like!

We’ve seen The Sinclair become a colorful wedding reception, a completely immersive mitzvah, a corporate gala, a packed trade show, and so much more. That’s one of our favorite things about having a space designed to transform, there isn’t one “Sinclair look” you have to work around.

There’s something so sweet about a Mitzvah capturing exactly who they are at this age. 🤍 The things they love right now get to become part of a celebration they’ll look back on for years.

For Shaia, that meant turning her love of books into an entire reading wonderland, with details throughout the space that felt completely her. We love getting to see a Mitzvah become such a fun little snapshot of the person being celebrated!

We absolutely love a gorgeous design and getting to watch a space transform for a wedding day. All of those details matter, and they help set the tone for the celebration.

But at the end of the day, what your guests are really going to remember is how it felt to be there celebrating you. That’s the part that sticks with people long after the flowers are gone and the room is empty again.
