2026 Exhibitors

Today, Friday, August 28, is the last day for online entries. You must check out by 11:59 pm.

After Friday, paper entries may be dropped off and placed in the drop box outside the fair office until Wednesday, Sept 2

All details are on page 5 and 6 in the Exhibitor Guide.

Attention Exhibitors who have not yet delivered paper entries to the fair yet. The fair office is open today and Friday 9am-3pm. Not open this weekend There is a 24 hour drop box to the left of the door that entries can be put in at any time of day. The fair office does not need to be open for you to get your entry submitted. You have until September 2nd to get the paper entries here. Next week starting Wednesday the hours change to tag pick up hours. Those hours are are listed on page 5 and 6 of the exhibitor guide. Remember, the fair is a week later this year and does not start until September 9th. Do not mail entries at this point as it won't arrive before the due date of September 2nd.

(Update) 2026 Exhibitors that are planning on mailing your entry form.
Paper entries need to be postmarked by today, Tuesday, August 25 to ensure it arrives on time. The paper form must be at the office no later than September 2nd. After the 25th do not mail, please drop your paper form off at the office up until September 2nd. Online is open until end of August 28. After that, do a paper entry delivered in person until September 2nd. The paper form is located in the back of the exhibitor guide.

The Sandwich Fair (AKA DeKalb County Fair), first started as an annual livestock show in DeKalb County. Held yearly, Wednesday–Sunday after Labor Day since 1888, it is one of the oldest continuing county fairs in the state of Illinois.
