Join us for a Community Self-Defense Course on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 12:30 PM–2:30 PM at Building Constructive Communities Foundation.

This empowering class will teach:
• Practical self-defense techniques
• How to increase awareness and avoid danger
• Strategies to escape from an attacker

All fitness levels are welcome.

Come build confidence, learn real-life safety skills, and strengthen your ability to protect yourself in a supportive community environment.

Come join us on June 6th for a safety and wellness class. This class will provide you with skills and knowledge to protect yourself. Recommended donation is $10 per person. This class is for men, women and youth.
