Change of plans! Chris and Heather were able to move schedules to run the market booth tomorrow! See us across from the food court for herb plants, freeze dried herbs, tea blends, vinegars, and art! If course, we'll have our refreshing herbal water!

We are out to play a little this week, so we won't be at Wednesday, June 10th market. See you next week!

Our earliest food for pollinators is dandelions, then fruit trees, berries ... now, in the garden the big bumble bees are working the comfrey blossoms. I've made some bee watering stations to place out in the garden to help the bees out as the weather warms up. I'll have some available at Wednesdays Market tomorrow!:)🐝

Last Wednesday we had quite a cold and blustery day for the market. Today is looking better! Today we'll have some fresh herbed salad, quite a variety of herbs (plants and freeze dried), and of course -ART! 3:00 - 5:30 Farmin Park in Sandpoint.

French Tarragon - A classic culinary herb - necessary for a bernaise sauce 🧑‍🍳

Russian Tarragon - An herb perenniel shrub reaching up to 5' tall. Eady to grow. Lighter anise flavor and reported as can be a bit bitter. I've not tried gjis one before, but am excited to check it out tjis year:)🪴

Chervil - A delicate herb with parsley like leaves also essential in french cooking. It likes cool weather and shade. I love it for sauces, salads, garnish ... one of my favs 🧑‍🌾

These will all be available at tomorrow's Farmer's Market at Sandpoint!

The Cochells are restarting "Herbs 'n Such". We'll have a booth at the Sandpoint Farmers Market Wednesdays only. We'll have herb plants, fresh herbs, freeze dried herbs, tea blends, vinegars, a variety of artsy plant stakes, and clay items for sale! Please share with local friends to help us get out updates!!!
