The Heel Strut 👢
The Heel Strut is used in many beginner dances such as Cowgirls Twist and Strummingbird. The Heel Strut is most often done as a two solid count move, but you may see some variations from time to time.

The K-Step is used in many beginner dances such as These Old Boots, K is for Kicks, and AA. There are variations of the K-Step, but this is your basic move to get you started!
