I am absolutely thrilled to share that my watercolor painting, La Dolce Vita, has been selected for the American Artists Professional League’s prestigious 98th Grand National Exhibition!

More than 700 works were submitted, and La Dolce Vita was ranked among the top 100 selected by the jury. The exhibition will be held at the historic Salmagundi Club in New York City from November 17 through December 5.

What an incredible honor to have my work recognized by the American Artists Professional League and included in this distinguished national exhibition. I am deeply grateful and excited!

I am incredibly honored and grateful to share that I am now a Signature Member of the National Watercolor Society.
This is much more than adding letters after my name. NWS Signature Membership is a nationally recognized professional distinction earned through acceptance into the Society’s highly competitive exhibitions. It represents years of dedication, growth, perseverance, and a deep commitment to the art of watercolor.
The National Watercolor Society has represented excellence in watermedia for more than a century, and to have my work recognized at this level is truly one of the greatest honors of my artistic career.
Every painting begins with a blank sheet of paper, a little courage, and the hope that what is in my heart will find its way through the brush. I am deeply thankful to my family, students, collectors, fellow artists, and everyone who has encouraged me along this journey.

I am thrilled and deeply honored to have been invited to participate in the 2026 National Watercolor Exhibition at Mark Arts!

Both of my watercolor paintings, “Pawsitively Love” and “Amazing Grace,” were selected for this prestigious national exhibition. Having two paintings included is such an incredible honor.

Golden Hour

This was my watercolor demonstration for my Tuesday class yesterday. We focused on capturing that beautiful golden-hour glow—the way autumn sunlight filters through the leaves, warms the field, and creates a lovely contrast against the cool, shadowed barn.

I loved sharing this one with my students and watching each of them create their own interpretation of that glowing autumn light! 🍂🎨
