Microsoft CoPilot relates some pretty great pixel art. I have been less than impressed with a lot of what AI creates for images but these were all spot on to what I asked for.

Doing a quick repair on my Odin 1 tonight.

My L1 stopped working and I contacted and they sent me a new replacement board. Put it in and everything is back to normal again.

My Odin has lived quite a life. If I had to do it again though I would have gotten a solid color and not a clear shell. I have quite a few cracks on the front and back of the shell with the worst being next to the controls. I have also twice had to replace the joysticks.

Sometimes I wonder if I could go a month only using my Steam Deck as my everyday computer. I think I’d need a LapDock for the ultimate form.

If you’re a fan of the Alien franchise, you should definitely check out Aliens Infestation for the Nintendo DS.

It’s a retro-style platform shooter that lets you explore the USS Sulaco, LV-426 and Phobos, and fight hordes of Xenomorphs with a variety of weapons. You can also recruit up to 20 different Colonial Marines, each with their own personality and dialogue, and experience a story that changes depending on who you choose for your team. But be careful, because if a marine dies, they’re gone for good. GAME OVER MAN!! GAME OVER!!

Aliens Infestation is a hidden gem of a game that captures the atmosphere and tension of the films. You can find it online for around $70-$120, depending on the condition. Trust me, it’s worth every penny if you want the physical version. I’m quite enjoying it on my Steam Deck this weekend.
