The Sandborn Fall Festival is filling up quickly, and we’re looking for a few more unique vendors to complete this year’s lineup!

We want to ensure the safety and security of our incredible vendors and patrons. Please take a moment to read this important disclaimer:

🌟 Authorized Representative: Renee Schopmeyer is the sole representative of the Sandborn Fall Festival and Jerry Bowman and Allen Terrell are representatives for the Sandborn Fall Festival Car Show. Jason West is in charge of the baseball tournament Nicole McVay is charge of the 5K but still All coordinating comes through Renee and Renee ONLY!!

Any communications regarding the festival and vendors will be from Renee only!

I have been made aware that a Fiona Smith js reaching out potential vendors and she is a complete scam! She is altering the image to take off my booking info and trying to get payment from these people

💳 Invoices go through PayPal: Our official invoices are sent through PayPal and will always include our verified email address: [email protected].

We would never request payment through any other platform.

🚫 Beware of Scammers: Unfortunately, scammers may attempt to deceive vendors and participants. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot prevent scammers from trying. Be cautious and stay vigilant. Disregard all comments about “still having space” or “still accepting vendors” etc from ANYONE but Renee Schopmeyer!

We are now accepting vendors, crafters, makers, small businesses, and select MLMs for the Sandborn Fall Festival in Sandborn, Indiana!

📅 September 26–27, 2026
📍 Sandborn Community Building & Park
🛡 Overnight law enforcement security on site

✨ WHY YOU WANT TO BE HERE ✨
This is a HUGE festival in a small town — and it shows.

✔ 2025: 106 vendors and grows every year.
✔️ This is our 9th year holding this festival
✔ Estimated 3,000–4,000 attendees over the weekend
✔ Highly organized & well promoted
✔ Family-friendly activities ALL weekend
✔ Live music, food trucks, kids activities, and more
✔ A true community fundraiser that gives back

Even in tough weather years, this festival shows up strong — and so do the crowds.

🧾 IMPORTANT NOTE
I am the ONLY vendor coordinator for this event.
👉 All communication comes directly through me (unfortunately scammers are real — protect yourselves!).

📍 LOCATION DETAILS
Sandborn is located in northern Knox County:
• ~30 minutes from Vincennes or Washington
• ~1 hour from Terre Haute, Bloomington, or Evansville
• ~2 hours southwest of Indianapolis

🛍 VENDOR SPACES & FEES
• Outdoor space: $50 for a 10x10
• Each additional space: $25
• Limited indoor spaces: 9x9 (+$20)
(Great for convenience, security, & staying out of the elements)
• Electric: $10 (goes directly to the Park Board)

💡 Vendor fee covers ONE or BOTH days

🕘 EVENT HOURS
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(following the community church service)

We’re thankful for this amazing community, our volunteers, our vendors, and everyone who shows up year after year to make our little town shine.

Enjoy the day with your loved ones — we’re already excited for next year! 🧡

Today, we honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed so that small towns like ours can celebrate freedom together year after year.
Our festivals, parades, and community gatherings are possible because of those who stood guard over liberty — from the battlefields of the Revolution to the front lines of today.

Sandborn is home to many veterans and military families, and we are proud to celebrate them not just today, but always.
Their courage reminds us that the heart of America beats strongest in hometowns like ours — where faith, family, and freedom still matter most.

May God bless every veteran and their family, and may His favor continue to rest on this great nation.

We’re doing it again, Sandborn! The Sandborn Fall Festival will return September 26–27, 2026 and you won’t want to miss it. 🎉

This year was an incredible success thanks to our amazing community, volunteers, vendors, and visitors — and we’re already looking forward to making next year even bigger and better! From food and fellowship to music, vendors, fireworks, games, and so much more… it’s a weekend full of small-town charm and big-time fun.
