As many of you have heard, my brother and sister-in-law's house caught fire yesterday morning, but thankfully, everyone made it out safely, although they did lose a cat in the fire. While the blaze took a toll on our 10-year Halloween collection, we're grateful that our family is intact. Broken Candlestick Woods was born out of a desire to provide a free, fun experience for kids and their families, as we know firsthand how expensive life can be. We've been honored to share our trail with you all, hoping it brought laughter, thrills, and cherished time together. Although the fire may have taken our collection, it couldn't take away the love and connection we share as a family, and for that, we're eternally grateful. As we look to the future, our hearts may be hurting, but our spirits remain unbroken. We wish you all a Happy and safe Halloween, knowing that no matter what challenges we face, love and togetherness will always see us through.

Step carefully — new horrors have moved in among the trees, and a few of your old nightmares have crawled back from the dark to greet you again.

If you survive the football games or BMX races, follow the screams — we’ll be open late.

Dare to enter Broken Candlestick Woods and meet Grim, the sinister soul lurking in the haunted house scene. This Halloween, we’re open late to ensure every brave visitor gets a chance to walk the trail… if they dare.

🌒 Beware the nightfall. When the sun slips beneath the horizon and darkness blankets your sleepy little town, Grim and his tortured, undead rise. Cursed to roam the night for eternity, they bring misfortune and dread to all who cross their path.

💀 Don’t be fooled by their wicked humor. While you’re laughing, your funny bone—and the rest of your skeleton—might just become part of their army… FOREVER.

Harvester of Souls is looking for a new home. This prop is brand new and was only used on Halloween night last year. The relay switch that triggers the fog isn’t working. Last year we just ran continuous fog on him. Still a really cool prop for someone. $100 cash takes him home.

The air is thick with the scent of burnt sugar and something… rotten. The calliope wheezes out a broken tune as shadows twist behind the tents. Children laugh—until they don’t.
At the edge of Broken Candlestick Woods, the midway rots beneath your feet.
And from the darkness... Wacky Mole returns.
After years locked away in the padded halls of the Big Top Rest Home for Nervous Clowns, he’s out. He’s grinning. He’s got his hammer. And he’s looking for players.

🔨 The game is simple:
Duck. Run. Scream.
It’s free to play—
But the only prize… is surviving the night.

You’ll hear him before you see him.

19 Days until Halloween….

🕯️ Come Find the Pumpkin Patch Prowler 🕯️

Deep in the heart of Broken Candlestick Woods, there lies an innocent-looking pumpkin patch—its vines tangled like veins across the earth, its gourds glowing softly with an eerie orange hue. Families visit by day, laughter echoing through the crisp autumn air. But when the sun dips below the treetops and the last crow caws its warning, the truth of the land awakens.

When night falls, the Pumpkin Patch Prowler rises.

Shadows twist. Fog rolls low. And from the soil itself, a hulking figure lurches into being—eyes glowing like jack-o’-lanterns lit from hellfire. Its body is made of rotted vine, bone, and twisted roots, animated by a curse long forgotten…or purposefully ignored.

They say the prowler is a guardian of the restless, born from the pain of whatever rituals poisoned this land generations ago. The pumpkins? Not just decorations. They’re wards—cursed fruit grown from grief and rage. Some believe each pumpkin contains the soul of a lost traveler, captured forever in orange prison.

Visitors after dark report hearing whispers between the vines. Footsteps with no source. The laughter of a beast that sounds almost human. But none of those brave—or foolish—enough to enter the patch after sundown have returned.

Yet the legend persists…

“If you stare too long into the jack-o’-lanterns…
One will open its eyes.”

So, if your curiosity outweighs your caution, take the path under the crooked willow, past the broken candlestick-shaped tree, and follow the trail of crushed leaves. But don’t say you weren’t warned.
Because once the Pumpkin Patch Prowler sees you…
He never forgets.
