📣 Today, 8/18 at 5:30p is the last All Levels Hatha Yoga class through the Wakefield Parks and Rec for the summer!!! 🛑

If it stays on and off rain today we’ll be inside the Wakefield Town Hall Opera House.

If the sun comes out to dry the earth we will be outside at Turn Table park.

A shift is coming with the change of seasons… 🍁 🎃 🍎

In the fall, I’ll be shifting into offering short series style yoga sessions- 4 weeks at a time to help you build consistency with your practice and highlight more specific skills to deepen your practice of yoga.

Pre-registration and pre-payment will be required for all participants for each series offered.
