🧄 Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Net Carbs: ~3g per serving

Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic for ~30 seconds.
Add chicken broth + heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over top, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
