Percéptions Open Mic

Percéptions Open Mic Perceptions is Dominican’s open mic climb which welcomes the community every other Thursday night from 8:30–10:30PM at FSU; admission is FREE!

Perceptions Open Mic is a place to have fun, relax and realize the artistic talents that surround us in the Dominican community. No experience or ability is required; the club is simply one celebrating the gifts of music, dance, the word and those who possess them. This is a unique social event for anyone and everyone. While many of our activities have us sitting around looking at inanimate object

s (watching movies, eating food, studying, etc.), Perceptions has everyone gathered around a person with no rules to who that person is or who the next may be. So come on out and enjoy a bi-weekly celebration of Dominican creativity!

We will not be having Perceptions tomorrow night or next week (Halloween). We will return to our regularly scheduled programming on the 7th of November.
It was great to see a lot of the Perceptions family at Soul Candy tonight. All the performances were amazing!
