BayWood Artists, a group of distinguished Bay Area plein air painters, is dedicated to preserving the environment for future generations to enjoy. They produce exhibitions and sales of paintings to raise both funds and awareness of Bay Area environmental causes. Each year they donate fifty percent of proceeds from painting sales to an organization that protects the land and environment.

This weekend, Aug. 28-30, BayWood Artists are holding their 29th annual benefit art show and sale titled OPEN SPACE VISIONS. We're exited to partner with Marin Open Space Trust this year with 150 works of art by our 10 members. 50% of proceeds from sales will go to MOST. Exhibit is held at the Alemany Library Gallery, Dominican University, Acacia Ave.,San Rafael(follow green arrows along Acacia Ave. with plenty of parking) Reception: 8/28, 6-8pm. Gallery open Sat.&Sun. 10-4.

The BayWood Artists are looking forward to our 30th annual benefit art show and sale, OPEN SPACE VISIONS, August 28-30th. Our partner this year is Marin Open Space Trust, and we are excited to be working on some beautiful landscapes of Marin.This year we will hold our show at the Alemany Library Gallery at Dominican University, San Rafael. Sharing a few paintings by Robert Frank, Lissa Nicolaus, and Christin Coy, with many more to come in next few months.
