Did you know that we can help you host a custom event?

Last week we had the honor of hosting a 6th Grade Mark Day School Moms day retreat at to help kickstart middle school together!

The activities included meditation, journaling, small group and partner discussions, a gentle yoga class, and a taco bar lunch buffet! Thank you to all the mamas who attended and built new connections and friendships!

Whether you’re looking for a high-energy dance class to raise $$$ for your child’s school, a gentle yoga class for an all-levels corporate retreat, or a partner strength class for moms and daughters, we offer movement based activities in addition to guided meditation, journaling, or thoughtful small-group conversations to emphasize growth and reflection.

😎 Shady Ladies Birthday! 😎

We soaked up the last day of our Bay Area heat wave by dancing KRAZY in all styles of kooky, cute, and cool sunglasses for Pamela Flores Pam Flores and Kim Lewis Kim Houghton Lewis

It was a sweaty 65 minutes of Stop Drop and Dance with a beach backdrop by Erin Meyers and homemade carrot cake cupcakes baked by Pam! Thank you to our birthday gals for cleaning up everything and being the last to leave!

The future is bright! Put on those SHADES!

The theme is SHADY LADIES, so please wear a pair of kooky, cool, or plain ‘ol glasses of any kind, along with comfortable workout clothes and shoes! Don’t forget your water cuz it’s 🔥🔥🔥 this week!

💕 This is our Pink Pony Club! 💕

Sometimes we dance for fun.
Sometimes we dance to make a difference.

Thank you to all the dancers and donors who helped us raise $1637 for Boarding for Breast Cancer Boarding For Breast Cancer ™ this past weekend. It was our 7th annual (and 9th) fundraiser and we have raised $29,114 over the years by dancing together!

B4BC’s mission is to educate young people about early detection and to promote healthy, active lifestyles as the best means of breast cancer prevention.

Thank you to B4BC’s co-founder, Lisa Hudson Lisa Hudson for collaborating with Stop Drop and Dance and to all the sponsors that gave out goodies: LivOn Labs Vitamins, Sun Bum Facial Scrubs, and PRODA Protein sodas.

Thank you to our 6 honorary survivors who came up to speak about their breast cancer journey: Shel, Karisa Stuart, Brand Strategist / Writer, Amy Poirier, Ashley Stachon, and Shelley Marwah, and to Catherine Granville and Ariana Amini for all their work decorating, setting up, and breaking down for the event.

Save the date for our next dance for a cause event on Tuesday, October 27th for Bridge the Gap in honor of Bonnie Berrill Kirkpatrick and her 60th birthday!

🌸 Happy Birthday Karen Wright! 🌸

Thank you to everyone who came on Tuesday to our Stop Drop and Dance celebration for Karen Lee Wright! Karen is our generous host that will be opening her home for our October 24th Stinson Beach Dance Party from 3-8pm! If you haven’t signed up yet, early bird rates last until September 30th!

We are so grateful that Marianne Jacobson introduced Karen to our community 2 years ago, and even though she lives in San Francisco, we are honored Karen crosses the bridge every class to dance with us in San Rafael! Welcome to your first dance class ninajohnson7398 ❤️

Karen picked the theme FLOWERS and brought flower hair clips for everyone! Thank you to Erin Larkin Meyers for decorating again and to Sara Chun Rainbolt for helping with the set up. Lots of love and heart for Karen!
