Join us on Facebook Live for the solo show “This is My Teacher” by the one and only Brazilian circus performer Capvara!

This original show created by Jonatas Campelo tells the story of how he became a clown with the help of his great Teacher, who he met when he just had $2 in his pocket.

The Teacher showed him that with very little you can do so much. And with a lot, you can do even more! The show counts on the Teacher’s participation as he does his mortal flip that has brought audiences around the world to their feet!

Tune into this one-hour exclusive show on the Palhaço Capvara e Trupe page on 4 pm PST this Friday, May 29th.

Your donation to the Capvara Troupe recognizes the original creative development of our art form, which transforms the mundane into the extraordinary, brings joy to people of all ages and backgrounds and recovers a culture of one of the oldest art forms–the circus–with its accessibility as a street art that brings together audience and artists, inspiring creativity and greater unity.

I am organizing this relief fund to support performing artists through Lee Productions Bay Area. We will continue to produce digital content, live streaming shows and support local performing artists who are out of work at this time.

Lee Productions will host an open studio for interested community members to get to know the rooftop studio space located in downtown San Rafael.

We provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps as well as light refreshments. Come to stretch, play, train your head stands, or whatever other movement based activity you are practicing or want to learn.

Outside we have a large rooftop area where guests can practice other movement and skills like hooping and juggling. We will provide basic equipment.

Come see our amenities and the studio space! We are open to proposals for activities, workshops and invite everybody to participate in our programming.

Saturdays March 7, 14 & 21.
Following Vinyasa yoga (11 am - 12 pm)
