Save the date! Throw on your favorite costume, cosplay gear or whatever you’ve got kicking around for this fun new cosplay/costume DJ event. Fantasy Fridays kicks off with ‘Heroes & Villains’ Friday September 4 from 9-12. Top Bay Area DJs will spin you to new heights for this once a month cosmic blast of energy —bring your crew, too, as there are discounts for larger groups as well as 2:1 ladies. It all kicks off Friday, September 4 with Heroes & Villains. Other nights coming up include Onesie Night Fri Oct 2, our annual Monster Bash Fri Oct 30, Emo Night Fri Nov 6 and Bad Santa Dec 4.

Just because summer is nearly over doesn’t mean the fun stops! We’re gettin’ busy with MORE events, check it:

🎤 Every Thursday: feeling a little out of touch (David, our resident pop culture know-it-all, tipped us off — if you’ve seen the memes, you know what we’re talking about). This gives us good reason to bring back karaoke to a new night — Thursdays from 7-9!

🪩 The 1st Friday of each month: we’re excited about this brand new event, Fantasy Fridays. We get ALOT of fun people at Pixels that are into so many cool things, be it music or Marvel or Magic: The Gathering. We know alot of you are “characters” so we’re gonna give you an excuse to tap into that inner character and throw on your favorite costumes, cosplay gear or whatever you’ve got kicking around with this DJ club night event. We’ll be rotating in and out some of the top DJ’s in the Bay Area, including some that spin at SF clubs, for this once a month cosmic blast of energy. It all kicks off Friday, September 4 with Heroes & Villains. Go to Eventbrite for tickets (recommended so you don’t miss out) and search for Pixels Fantasy Fridays, or get tickets through our website. Discounts for the ladies in the house as well as groups of 4!

Also Fridays (when it’s not Fantasy Fridays) as well as Sundays: we’ve been waiting until a lot of you get back from summer vacations, and are now ready to kick off our console gaming tournament series with two different sessions — Friday for the adults out there (21+), and Sunday afternoon for those of you under 21. Each week we will be running tournaments on a different game, starting with Mariokart. Check the Events page on our website for more details, lock in your game, let us know you’re coming through our Registration page and we’ll save a seat for ya!

🥇TONIGHT is Week Three (of 4) of our Summer Sprint pinball tournament series. I’m late to posting this week after coming back from being OOT for several days but those of you who play here, you know what’s up! We will raffle off two new Stern translites, one every other week and a Finals Night will take place in Week Five with trophies. Get down here, pour yourself a cold one, order some pizza or wings and cool off with this chill tourney.
