I’m beyond honored to be speaking at the Conference next Thursday, October 3rd, at 9:45am 🌎

San Diego has such an incredible slow fashion community, and I’m excited to represent and showcase our city’s initiatives on a national level. 🥹 I’m also humbled to share this experience with inspiring women who are each making a big impact in fashion and sustainability. .creations 🔥

This panel will address the critical importance of sustainable solutions and practices in the fashion industry, offering insights into how we can collectively shift toward a future where fast fashion is no longer the norm. ✨🙏🏼

We couldn’t have asked for a better moderator than our dear friend and circular fashion extraordinaire, . Sophie’s passion and expertise are truly inspiring, and I’m excited for the insights she’ll bring to the discussion.💖

It’s not every day you get to hang out with foxes 🦊 and a wolf! 🐺

Last year, I had the unique and exciting opportunity to get photos taken with these incredible animals - all made possible by the Canid Education & Conservation Center. 🤎

First off, I want to say that I have so much love for this organization and the people who run it, train the animals and volunteer with them. Their mission is to “Promote Animal Conservation through Education, Animal Assisted Therapy Programs, and Compassionate Research built upon their Guiding Principles of commitment, kindness, connection, nurturing, inspiring and advocacy”.

I was lucky enough to get to work with JAB, photograph and interact with the foxes more than once AND I got a photo shoot done with two of their foxes and Lucan the 😁 I have always been a huge animal lover and find these canids absolutely fascinating, so this was an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life! 😍 As you can see in the last picture, I was over the moon by getting to hold Viktor for the first time! 😱🤎🦊🤎🦊

Huge thanks to Amy, Melissa and Dave for all the work they do to protect these animals and for being amazing humans, and a special shout out to Anita for making the introduction! I hope I get to work with you guys again in the future! 🤗

I had a really fun time working with the team at (and their patrons) and capturing some content for their social channels 😁

is conveniently located by and is a great spot to grab a few beers before or after a game! They also have a great set up to watch the games at the bar, as well as different rooms for private events and parties. 🥳 Love the vibe there!

Most importantly though, they make really good beer 🍻 so you should definitely give them a try if you are in the area!

Today, they kick off with the release of their Half Nelson - a classic dry hopped IPA, double dry hopped with a healthy dose of Nelson for an extra dank brew with subtle white wine notes 😋

How adorable are .thebeereducator & ?!? 😍🐶

This was a super fun shoot I did last fall that I never got around to sharing! 🥰🎄💕 I’m so happy with how the photos turned out, but mainly they remind me of a great day spent with friends cherishing all the good things that were happening! Flanders was running wild around the lagoon and we laughed so hard trying to get him to look at the camera 😂 Candace & Chris were radiant as they were newly engaged and celebrating so many firsts: their first pup, their first home and their first Christmas together. Thank you guys for choosing me to capture these special memories of your new life together. 🤎

I had so much fun shooting at ’s Oktoberfest celebration! 🍻

The stein holding competition was hilarious and I loved capturing all the suffering faces 😂

If you haven’t had a chance to go yet, will continue hosting their Oktoberfest events through this weekend at all of their taprooms!

They have limited-edition steins, refills at a discounted price, special beers & beer slushies (my personal favorite was Harmony - a super crushable Helles Lager!), Oktoberfest Bingo, live music and more!

🍸All great things must come to an end!🍸

Hi all! Romi here 🙂 I have been struggling to write this post because it makes things official 🥹

I’m sad to announce that as of this weekend, I will no longer be part of the Misadventure team. I can honestly say that Misadventure has changed my life in so many incredible ways and it will always have a very special place in my heart. 💜 I have never loved a job as much as I did this one and I’m eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of such a brilliant company. 🧁♻️🍸
chereskin & Thank you for believing in me and trusting me to represent your company and share your vision in more ways than one. Thank you for everything you have done for me and for making Misadventure more than a job - it’s been a home and family for me.

This job reignited my passion for Marketing & Photography - it gave me so much creative freedom, but also constantly challenged me to grow and become my best self. I gained so much more knowledge and experience in Sustainability 💚 and I got to meet a lot of incredible people along the way!

It’s time for me to pursue my own dreams now and grow my career as an entrepreneur! 🙌🏽 I’ll be offering my creative skills and services to other businesses, and continuing to grow my own upcycling venture: ♻️

I will for sure come around the bar for some delicious cocktails and will stay connected with my friends, co-workers, favorite regulars and the amazing community we’ve built at Misadventure!

Guys, please continue kicking ass and pursuing your dreams! …and remember:
