35 years later… Rick Garcia returns to Klein Oak!

After leaving Klein Oak High School in 1991, Rick returned this week with members of the creative team to begin planning the Jim Parsons and Friends Return Home Benefit this December.

A huge thank you to KO Fine Arts Director, Frank Chuter and the Fine Arts team for taking the time to welcome us and allow us to tour their beautiful facility!

🎓✨ Introducing the 2027 Beginning the College Journey Scholarship Recipient! ✨🎓

Maestro Arts Project is incredibly proud to announce Tristan Allen, a senior at Hempstead High School, as the recipient of our 2026-27 Beginning the College Journey Scholarship! 🎉

Tristan is beginning an exciting new chapter as he prepares to take his next steps toward college and his future.
Since his freshman year, Tristan’s love for acting has continued to grow, along with his dedication to developing his craft. That passion has led him to make the decision to continue his education and pursue acting at the college level.
As Tristan explores his college options, he plans to use this award to participate in the Texas Educational Theatre Association College Auditions and the Greater Houston Area Auditions, as well as travel to both the East and West Coasts for additional college audition opportunities.
Tristan is excited for the opportunity to step into audition rooms across the country and show them exactly what Texas is made of!

MAP is honored to be a small part of his acting journey and excited to support him as he begins the college journey!

Tristan, we believe in your potential, your dreams, and all that lies ahead. We can't wait to see where this next chapter takes you! 💙
