if this board declares stage 4 drought (which we have been in) data permits can't be issued. Temp relief if drought totals change in future, and ummmmmm.

COME OUT! We've heard this board is more approachable than San Marcos City Council was and seemed open to hearing from the public.
Developers put pressure on these boards sometimes or a lot of times. Possibly maybe they make the boards feel like they might sue them.
Boards need to see masses here to back them up on making the right choice.

Here's one you can email and contact online. She has flip flopped on the issue and is rumored to now be voting yes on FEB 17. Please do contact these council members and let them know your position on AI centers paving over our rural areas in SM/Hays!

Here they are, the council of SMTX selling us out to the highest AI developer. MASSIVE COMMUNITY RALLY, POTLUCK AND NOISE PARTY is being thrown on the city hall lawn at 5pm day of. We are coordinating with a ton of other orgs in town to activate enough citizens to make a wave. Even if it passes we are making a large, loud, rowdy statement to the city for the next THREE they are considering.

**Recently we've been told Alyssa Garza Place 3 is also now voting yes on the data center lock step with mayor.
