Let your Tears flow~
Feel the feelings with in you~ don’t suppress your sadness , anger, loneliness,joyfulness
Let your Tears Fall~
let the Flood gates down ~
wash out with your natural waters~
There will be a soft stillness after the storm where you feel the Healing of the washing of the waters ~
It’s ok to let it out ~
It’s ok to be your authentic self~
You never step in the same river twice~
Constant Flow is the nature of water~
To dam it,is to distress ,To withhold is to become stagnant energy within
free your self to be at peace ~
don’t suppress my sweet one you ,You Will be OK~
I wrap my arms around you. Let yourself cry. Let yourself be free. You don’t have to hold it within~ for So long you have Carried so much~
Be gentle to you yourself my friend be kind and loving let go of that which is
holding you back~ What is hurting~ feel it understand it let it go with Every Tear drop~
You will feel better I promise~
The rainbow will come the sun will shine again~
