we had a fun last day of spring yoga in danville yesterday! Ms nikki is going to take a teaching break while she waits for baby to arrive, and to focus on Bella and baby this summer. Thanks so much to all our friends who joined the spring session, and for such great patience while Bella would color all over your yoga mats!!!

✨...and all the yogis lived on a rainbow,
e i e i o...✨ today in parent + child we flew to the top of a rainbow through rain and clouds, rowed our boats through a sparkle river, drank hot cocoa, danced, told our partners what we love about them, blew bubbles and mindfully watched the colors change, and of course, relaxed. Part of what makes our classes so special is the focus on creativity and imagination 🌈 join us in class, or better yet, teach these fun filled classes yourself in your community. Teaching yoga to kids is much different than teaching to adults - you have the opportunity to help shape a more promising future generation. Nothing makes me happier than seeing classes pick back up today in south Orange County, exactly one year after I closed the studio and trained how to take over. So happy and grateful that things aligned to pick up where we left off. I honestly was so confused the last year and gave up hope many times. I cried alone in my car, considered never working again, applied to other companies, the list goes on. I had *such* big visions for grace + zen and the impact it could make on kids everywhere. It’s just hard to explain what it felt like to be a small business owner in CA this past year. But I hope we can all get back to opening, or creating a new normal, soon. Hugs to all my small business owner friends + family 🤍
