Hello, I’m Lexx, the founder and instructor of FlexxwLexx Fitness. I launched FlexxwLexx Fitness approximately a year and a half ago, and we will be celebrating our second anniversary on September 9th.

We blend the art of dance with the benefits of a great
workout. Our classes are designed to get your heart
pumping, body moving, and spirts soaring. Whether
you're a seasoned dancer or new to the world of
fitness, our experienced instructors will guide you
through fun routines that will you feeling empowered
and invigorated. Join us as we create a supportive
community where fitness meets the dance floor, and
let's move, groove, and sweat together!
# My Goal and Purpose
I am committed to advocating for mental health and fitness, helping others become the best versions of themselves. Everyone can benefit from support and motivation. I strongly believe in women uplifting other women, and mothers supporting fellow mothers.

I aim to assist mothers in rediscovering their rhythm in life after childbirth. Often, we forget to prioritize self-care and lose sight of the dreams we once had.
